Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes in Software & Platforms or High-Tech sectors.
• Strong consulting toolkit with ability to navigate ambiguity and structure strategic workstreams.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable client impact and value.
• Ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and drive buy-in.
• Excellent communication and leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, end-to-end transformation programmes across Software & Platforms, and High-Tech sectors.
• Design and deliver strategic initiatives integrating strategy, technology, operations, and people.
• Navigate ambiguity with structured thinking, process design, data insights, and value casing.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning on priorities and roadmaps.
• Own delivery scope, business casing, risk management, and value tracking.
• Contribute to business development from client proposals to go-to-market initiatives and thought leadership.
• Create and lead high-performing teams, mentoring talent and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Drive innovation by shaping new capabilities, assets, and perspectives.
