Job summary

LiveKit is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the long-term technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic accounts and to be the go-to expert on LiveKit. You’ll drive architecture reviews, align deployments with growth plans, and quarterback the cross-functional LiveKit team to deliver customer outcomes while shaping the TAM function as the team scales.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or senior engineering with customer exposure.
Trusted technical voice for engineering customers and ability to guide decisions under pressure.
Fluent with APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and deployment patterns; able to discuss technical topics with engineers.

Responsibilities

Own the technical relationship and outcomes for strategic accounts; lead architecture reviews and deployment modeling.
Deepen product adoption by identifying capability gaps between customer setups and platform capabilities.
Coordinate LiveKit team activities (Success Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers) to deliver across complex implementations.
Be the customer's voice inside LiveKit; translate field feedback into product, pricing, and roadmap signals.
Lead executive business reviews and manage on-site launches and escalations with customer leadership.
