Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a Supplier Manager to join our Services & Operations team. The role focuses on building strong supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms and SLAs, and driving process improvements while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

The position involves travel between Head Office and on the road as needed. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in motor industry procurement, strong negotiation, and excellent communication and analytical skills to support Ayvens’ sustainable

Qualifications

• Negotiation and finalization of supplier agreements.
• Develop purchasing strategies and policies.
• Regular meetings with suppliers to ensure relationships and performance.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, prepare and execute SLA’s with commercial terms.
• Keep supplier contract and contact database updated.
• Establish and develop relationships with suppliers.
• Schedule quarterly review meetings with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Compile statistics on purchasing and monitor targets.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and guidelines.
• Research the market for potential partners for Ayvens.
