Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English and French to engage with clients in the region.
• Experience delivering against operational goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the French online advertising and retail markets.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues with supporting teams.
• Ability to synthesize business insights to inform strategy and align stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Advise merchants on shopping campaign strategy.
• Manage a dedicated client portfolio with best practice and consistent service levels.
• Develop and maintain shopping ads and Merchant Center product suite.
• Deliver against key operational KPIs.
• Help selected merchants grow ROI through product expertise and optimization recommendations.
