You will contribute to solution design for local and multi-partner projects, navigating complex partnerships to deliver high-impact customer solutions. The role requires strong business acumen, supplier management experience, and the ability to work across countries and cultures.

Qualifications

• Experience with service providers; laboratory experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive results.
• Sourcing expertise and commercial acumen.
• Local knowledge and network, English language.
• Ability to work across countries and cultures.

• Able to balance conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Service Providers and Contractors on behalf of our customers.
• Ensure legal compliance and alignment with regional sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate supplier performance and lead selection and negotiation processes to improve service levels and margins.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by having a customer first mindset.
• Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier programs.
• Handle supplier documentation, contracts, and data within your territory.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Program Managers, and local scheduling teams to maintain accurate supplier information.
• Traveling up to 10% as required.
