Job summary

M.H.L. Event Management Limited T/A Fire Steakhouse and Bar in Dublin 2 is seeking a Procurement Officer to coordinate day-to-day purchasing for the restaurant, ensuring the right products at the right quality, price and time.

You will work with Head Chefs, Restaurant Directors, finance and management to maintain purchasing processes, supplier relationships and cost control, including sourcing, deliveries and supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating procurement for a restaurant or hospitality operation.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and cost control.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and stock requirements across the restaurant.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier quotations, pricing and deliveries.
• Negotiate with suppliers and monitor supplier performance.
• Assist with procurement reporting and budget considerations.
