Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Project Costing Commercial Manager in West Dublin to own costing, pricing and profitability across products, services and long‑term projects. You will report to the CFO and lead the costing team, partnering with Operations, Sales and Project leadership to drive commercial outcomes.

You will oversee standard costing, BOM costing, overhead allocation, pricing policy, bid reviews and margin governance, delivering insights and cost controls in a manufacturing/engineering

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACCA/CIMA qualified finance professional.
• 10+ years in cost, management or commercial/project finance.
• Strong costing knowledge: standard, BOM and long-term contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own costing framework across products, services and projects.
• Lead bids, pricing assumptions and margin reviews.
• Govern cost-to-complete, EAC and change orders.
• Drive profitability reporting by product, service line and region.
• Manage cost and project margin budgeting and forecasts.
