Job summary

Procore is seeking a Strategic Product Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Dublin or London. You will help customers adopt and maximise the value of the Procore platform, applying construction expertise to transform cost, project delivery, quality, and safety.

This full-time hybrid role requires leading engagements, collaborating across product, success, and delivery teams, and up to 50% travel to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction, with background in Commercial/Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Project Controls, Quality, Safety, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical and business advisor to clients post-sale, helping rethink processes and transform operations using the Procore platform.
• Work with Delivery Project Managers to understand requirements and develop processes aligned with Procore SOPs through training and consultation.
• Leverage industry best practices across cost management, project management, controls, quality, safety to establish robust processes.
• Build and deliver thought leadership materials, such as workshops and webinars, to share best practices and show how technology improves processes.
• Develop expertise across Procore platforms and apply knowledge to help customers solve business challenges.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with teams to develop best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop understanding of Procore offerings, services, and customer success practices.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites, events, and other Procore offices.

Job description

We're looking for a Strategic Product Consultant (SPC) to join our Professional Services team and help customers successfully adopt and maximise the value of the Procore platform. You'll bring strong construction industry expertise, together with a passion for technology and improving the way construction businesses work. You'll work across a number of areas of the Procore platform, including Cost Management, Project Management, Quality & Safety, and other solutions, helping customers transform the way they plan, deliver, and manage their projects.

As a trusted advisor to our customers, you'll lead consulting engagements, working closely with customer stakeholders to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions that make effective use of the Procore platform. You'll use your construction experience and knowledge of industry best practice to help customers improve cost and commercial control, project delivery, quality, safety, and overall operational efficiency.

You'll partner with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product, and other teams across Procore to deliver implementations and guide customers through business process transformation. Working with stakeholders across architecture, engineering, construction, and operations, you'll combine industry expertise with growing product expertise to help customers get the most from their Procore investment.

This role would suit an experienced construction professional looking to transition into construction technology. Whether your background is in Commercial/Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Project Controls, Quality, Safety, or another construction-focused discipline, you'll have the opportunity to apply your industry knowledge in a technology environment and develop deep expertise in the Procore platform.

This role reports to the Manager, Strategic Product Consultants and is based in either our Dublin office or London office. This is a full-time hybrid position, and we're looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as a trusted technical and business advisor to clients post-sale, helping them rethink existing construction processes and transform their operations using the Procore platform
• Work with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers to understand client requirements and develop business processes that align with Procore standard operating procedures through training and consultation
• Leverage and teach industry best practices across areas such as cost management, project management, project controls, quality management, and health & safety to help clients establish robust and scalable processes
• Build and deliver thought leadership materials, such as workshops and webinars, that share construction best practice and demonstrate how technology can improve business processes
• Leverage knowledge of business operations, construction development, and the construction industry to improve client business processes in Procore and across the client's organisation
• Develop expertise across multiple areas of the Procore platform and apply this knowledge to help customers solve business challenges
• Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with teams across Procore to develop best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Develop a strong understanding of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
• Up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
