Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Product Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Ireland.

You will advise clients on transforming construction processes using Procore, and collaborate with Delivery Project Managers to align client requirements with Procore standards. You will share best practices across cost management, project controls, quality and safety, and other Procore areas while growing product expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction or related field with transition to tech consulting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical and business advisor to clients post-sale, helping them rethink existing construction processes and transform their operations using the Procore platform
• Work with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers to understand client requirements and develop business processes that align with Procore SOPs through training and consultation
• Leverage and teach industry best practices across cost management, project management, project controls, quality management, and health & safety
• Build and deliver thought leadership materials, such as workshops and webinars, that share construction best practice and demonstrate how technology can improve business processes
• Develop expertise across multiple areas of the Procore platform and apply this knowledge to help customers solve business challenges
• Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with teams across Procore to develop best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Develop a strong understanding of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
• Up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices

Job description

We're looking for a Strategic Product Consultant (SPC) to join our Professional Services team and help customers successfully adopt and maximise the value of the Procore platform. You'll bring strong construction industry expertise, together with a passion for technology and improving the way construction businesses work. You'll work across a number of areas of the Procore platform, including Cost Management, Project Management, Quality & Safety, and other solutions, helping customers transform the way they plan, deliver, and manage their projects.

As a trusted advisor to our customers, you'll lead consulting engagements, working closely with customer stakeholders to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions that make effective use of the Procore platform. You'll use your construction experience and knowledge of industry best practice to help customers improve cost and commercial control, project delivery, quality, safety, and overall operational efficiency.

You'll partner with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product, and other teams across Procore to deliver implementations and guide customers through business process transformation. Working with stakeholders across architecture, engineering, construction, and operations, you'll combine industry expertise with growing product expertise to help customers get the most from their Procore investment.

This role would suit an experienced construction professional looking to transition into construction technology. Whether your background is in Commercial/Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Project Controls, Quality, Safety, or another construction-focused discipline, you'll have the opportunity to apply your industry knowledge in a technology environment and develop deep expertise in the Procore platform.

You'll join a collaborative and customer-focused team that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement, where you'll have the opportunity to help shape how construction organisations adopt and use technology.

This role reports to the Manager, Strategic Product Consultants and is based in either our Dublin office or London office. This is a full-time hybrid position, and we're looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as a trusted technical and business advisor to clients post-sale, helping them rethink existing construction processes and transform their operations using the Procore platform
• Work with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers to understand client requirements and develop business processes that align with Procore standard operating procedures through training and consultation
• Leverage and teach industry best practices across areas such as cost management, project management, project controls, quality management, and health & safety to help clients establish robust and scalable processes
• Build and deliver thought leadership materials, such as workshops and webinars, that share construction best practice and demonstrate how technology can improve business processes
• Leverage knowledge of business operations, construction development, and the construction industry to improve client business processes in Procore and across the client's organisation
• Develop expertise across multiple areas of the Procore platform and apply this knowledge to help customers solve business challenges
• Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with teams across Procore to develop best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Develop a strong understanding of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Construction professionals looking to transition into construction technology and a fast-paced software consulting and advisory role
• 5+ years' experience in construction, with a background in areas such as Commercial/Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Project Controls, Quality, Safety, or other construction-focused disciplines
• Experience working with construction processes and workflows, with the ability to understand how technology can improve the way construction businesses operate
• Strong understanding of industry best practice across areas such as cost control, project delivery, quality management, and health & safety
• Ability to learn and develop expertise across multiple areas of a technology platform and translate construction requirements into practical technology solutions
• Experience conducting client discovery sessions, understanding business requirements, creating operational workflows, and delivering presentations and consultations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with both construction and technology-focused stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience with the Procore platform is preferred, but not required
• Experience with training and/or software support is a plus

Additional Information

Base Pay Range: 64,600.00 - 88,825.00 EUR Annual

On Target Earning Range: 76,000.00 - 104,500.00 EUR Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
