Job summary

Apple is seeking a procurement professional to lead end-to-end Buy/Sell activities, coordinating with Global Source and Supply Managers, suppliers and contract manufacturers in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

You will manage Sales and Purchase Orders, ensure correct pricing and part numbers in SAP, monitor shipments and receipts, drive data integrity, support NPI and quarter-end activities, and collaborate with Finance to resolve supplier issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a procurement or order management role.
• Experience using SAP in a procurement or supply chain environment.
• Analytical and data management skills.
• Experience collaborating across Finance, Supply Chain and external partners.
• Ability to operate with initiative in a dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Buy/Sell purchasing with GSSMs, suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Manage Sales Orders and release Purchase Orders end-to-end.
• Ensure PO/SO pricing, part numbers, and quantities are correct.
• Monitor ASNs and Goods Receipts daily.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to resolve payment issues.
• Support NPI, quarter-end and site-to-site transfers.
• Assist with audits and process improvements.
