Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years in procurement, process transformation, or program management in a global setting.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and end-to-end process design.

• Develop and mentor teams across three functions with clear priorities and performance plans.
