Job summary

GagaMuller Group, based in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for high-value construction projects in data centres and mission-critical environments. You will coordinate with client, commercial, technical teams and external bidders to secure best terms.

Responsibilities include strategy development, governance compliance, supplier due diligence, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field such as Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Construction Management.
• Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIPS, or equivalent) desirable.
• Significant experience leading procurement on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, preferably data centres or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with client objectives for cost, programme, risk allocation and market engagement.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for consultants, contractors and vendors from market engagement through award.
• Oversee preparation of procurement documentation, including PQQs, RFPs, tenders and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate evaluation processes and ensure technical, commercial and programme considerations are assessed.
• Provide updates on procurement progress, risks and market conditions to senior stakeholders.
