Zusammenfassung

Kilsaran is seeking an operational, highly analytical Procurement Category Manager to own end-to-end spend portfolios. You will lead structured sourcing, lock in pricing, ensure supply security and optimise day-to-day workflows across the business.

The role demands 5+ years in procurement or commercial management, strong data analytics, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and a track record in negotiating long-term contracts, including hedging where relevant, with a proactive, self-starting

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Buyer, Category Manager, or Commercial Manager in industrial, manufacturing, or construction.
• Proven track record of independently executing complex tenders, managing contract variations, and locking in long-term supply or project agreements.
• Strong data analytics and ability to work with ERP data and modelling software.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process adoption across cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Commercial execution & contract management: manage full lifecycle, RFx processes, variations, pricing, and SLAs.
• Cross-functional leadership: partner with site managers and ops leads to align needs with strategy.
• ERP transition: champion transition to ERP and migrate portfolios into automated systems.
• Continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks and design robust process improvements.
• Data-led problem solving: track spend, manage maverick buying, mitigate supply risks.
• Project & supplier governance: track metrics, performance reviews, escalation point.
