Ingersoll Rand plc in Ireland seeks a Master Scheduler to establish and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with the SIOP consensus. You will collaborate with Operations, Material Planning, Customer Service and Commercial teams to optimize revenue, inventory and service levels.

The role emphasizes supply chain analytics, data governance and AI-enabled decision-support tools to drive proactive planning and continuous improvement across ERP planning, MRP, and stocking strategies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in production planning or master scheduling.
• APICS CPIM preferred; upgrade within 18 months if not certified.
• Experience with ERP planning systems and data governance.
• Proficient in BI tools and analytics for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate SIOP plan into a detailed MPS for 12–18 months.
• Develop stocking strategies balancing service and inventory.
• Maintain item master data and ERP governance.
• Partner with Material Planners to raise FPSL and availability.
• Create and enhance supply chain dashboards using AI-enabled tools.
• Monitor KPIs like service level, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
• Serve as SME for ERP planning processes and training.
