Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in management accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist with the preparation, monitoring, and review of budgets and forecasts.
• Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Support stakeholders with financial reporting and performance analysis across the business.
• Monitor key performance indicators and assist in driving improved business performance.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial support and business partnering.
