Job summary

Total Talent in Ireland is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgets and forecasts, and strong business partnering support to drive strategic decisions and growth.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, analyse performance, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to inform commercial decisions while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management accounting, finance or practice.
• Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure timely delivery of financial information.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
• Assist with budgets and forecasts including monitoring and review.
• Provide financial insights to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Support stakeholders with financial reporting and performance analysis across the business.

Skills and Experience

• Experienced in preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
