Job summary

ESW is hiring a Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Vendors to lead a team of systems specialists and deliver the Supply Chain Systems strategy and Vendor Management programme. You will operate at the intersection of Operations, Product and Technology to improve how we work, drive automation and enhance vendor performance across ESW.

You will identify opportunities to apply automation and AI to scale operations, improve efficiency and elevate the client and shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams of systems specialists.
• Experience delivering Supply Chain Systems strategy and Vendor Management programmes.
• Ability to translate operational needs into system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Supply Chain Systems strategy as a clear roadmap.
• Lead a team of Supply Chain Systems specialists and define priorities.
• Identify improvements across systems, automation and AI to scale operations.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to translate challenges into requirements.
• Resolve complex systems and operational issues with root-cause analysis.
• Lead ESW's Supplier Management Programme with KPIs and reviews.
• Build cross-functional relationships to deliver integrated supply chain solutions.
• Coordinate system escalations and manage dependencies to resolution.
• Use data to identify trends and prioritize improvements.
• Conduct vendor and site reviews to identify service improvements.
