Zusammenfassung

ESW is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Vendors to lead a team of systems specialists and drive the supply chain systems strategy and vendor management programme. You will collaborate with Operations, Product and Technology to identify automation opportunities and scalable solutions that improve efficiency and the client and shopper experience.

You will build strong cross-functional relationships, manage vendor performance reviews and use data to identify trends, ensuring initiatives

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations, including how systems, processes and vendors interact to deliver an effective service.
• Proven ability to identify systems or process improvements and translate challenges into clear requirements and solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex operational or technical issues and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences.
• Track record of leading and developing people, setting priorities and accountability for results.
• Experience managing supplier or vendor relationships, including performance reviews, KPIs and improvements actions.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional delivery across Operations, Product and Technology.

Aufgaben

• Deliver the Supply Chain Systems strategy with a clear roadmap of improvements.
• Lead a team of Supply Chain Systems specialists with defined priorities and outcomes.
• Identify and drive improvements across systems, automation and AI to scale operations and enhance experiences.
• Partner with Product and Technology to translate challenges into actionable requirements.
• Lead root-cause analyses to resolve complex systems issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Oversee ESW’s Supplier Management Programme with KPI reviews and improvement actions.
• Build cross-functional relationships to deliver joined-up supply chain solutions.
• Coordinate system escalations and manage actions to resolution.
• Use data to identify trends and quantify impact of improvements.
• Conduct vendor/site reviews and translate insights into service improvements.
