Job summary

Howden Ireland is seeking an ambitious and client-focused Financial Planning Advisor to join our growing Life & Pensions Advisory team. You will identify client needs, provide tailored financial solutions, and maximise sales across life assurance, pensions, investments, protection products, and wider financial planning services.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will build a strong pipeline, maintain client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Advisory

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and grow client base.
• Strong understanding of pensions, protection, investments and financial planning solutions.
• Professional and consultative approach to client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and existing client relationships.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities across all areas of financial planning.
• Achieve agreed sales, retention and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Cross-sell and introduce additional financial planning solutions as appropriate.
• Provide professional advice across Pension, Planning, Protection, Savings and Investments.
