Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland is seeking an experienced Manager, Execution Planner to lead supply planning for both external manufacturing and internal sites. You will work with global supply chain teams to balance demand with operational efficiency and ensure product availability.

The role requires ERP proficiency (SAP, Rapid Response), strong analytics, and the ability to manage inventories, coordinate with manufacturing sites, and support continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in supply chain management, preferably in global manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response) and data analysis tools is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Baseline understanding of regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EMA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials related to product portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance customer service with efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels and up-to-date purchase orders for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished goods.
• Attend supply chain meetings to align on demand and consumption plans; monitor KPIs.

This role ensures alignment with customer and market demand while maintaining operational efficiency. The execution planner will interact with internal and external supply sites, logistics, and other supply chain teams.
