Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is looking for a Strategic Director in Dublin, Ireland. You will lead strategic thinking for some of the world’s most ambitious brands, shaping insights and guiding campaigns across cultures and markets.

You’ll work at the intersection of people, culture, and commerce, partnering with creative, data, media and experience teams to deliver transformative brand strategy and elevate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in brand or creative strategy.
• Ability to simplify complex briefs and find meaningful insights.
• Deep curiosity about people, culture and brands.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key strategy leader across our established roster and new business development.
• Develop and deliver scaled brand strategy, planning, and research with evidence of breakthrough innovation.
• Oversee the relationship between brand, media, and consumer insights to drive cross‑channel campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to raise the quality of thinking and challenge the status quo.
• Lead strategic sessions, pitches and proposals with senior client teams and internal partners.
• Set and raise the strategy standard through coaching and mentoring of the team.
• Collaborate with creative, data, media and experience teams to deliver world‑class communications.
• Communicate with clarity and conviction to build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Shape the future of brand communications and drive ambitious client outcomes.
