Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Price Analyst to join the Central Pricing Team.

You will act as the central pricing contact for key accounts, aligning with Sales on pricing strategy and growth while supporting negotiations, profitability modeling, and governance of pricing policies. The role emphasizes data-driven recommendations, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Business Units, and adherence to margin policies and pricing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central pricing contact for assigned accounts, aligning with Sales and Unit teams on pricing strategy and customer growth.
• Support annual customer price negotiations by analyzing pricing history, market dynamics, profitability, and account strategy to develop data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain pricing analysis tools and profitability models to evaluate promotions, discounts, and custom contract bids.
• Audit historical sales data to identify discounting behaviors, margin discrepancies, and unapproved price exceptions.
• Ensure adherence to corporate margin policy, price consistency, license requirements, NDAs, and related pricing standards.
• Build knowledge of assigned accounts, end-customer relationships, pricing history, and customer ecosystems.
• Support bundle pricing, system/software pricing, rebates, and other value-based pricing approaches.
• Present pricing insights in strategy discussions and collaborate with Sales to develop pricing structures for opportunities.
• Demonstrate understanding of the pricing KPI framework and ensure pricing discipline and continuous improvement.
