Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a R&D Tax Credits and headcount Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of R&D tax credit claims.

You will gather project documentation, data, and stakeholder input, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing and finance teams to ensure complete and accurate records. You will also implement systems and tools to streamline claim preparation, track headcount against BMP, and assist with cost allocation, audits and training.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize technical documentation required for R&D tax credit claims. Liaise with engineering, manufacturing and finance teams to collect required information.
• Maintain records of qualifying projects and associated supporting evidence.
• Run manufacturing reports to apportion R&D activity for eligible activity.
• Support preparation of technical reports and claim narratives.
• Support Finance teams with cost allocation and claim calculations.
• Support audit readiness activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve process.
• Implementation of systems and tools to streamline claim preparation. AI etc
• Preparation training materials and awareness sessions for project teams.
• Top level knowledge of manufacturing process to allow for enhanced model apportionment
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Partner with finance on BMP development.
• Track headcount vs BMP, complete monthly close reports
• ID opportunity for productivity improvement
• Develop roadmap to meet cost/mask layer
• Development financial walks for headcount and cost.

R&D Tax Credits and headcount Coordinator

R&D Tax Credits Coordinator supports the preparation and submission of R&D tax credit claims by assisting with project documentation, data collection and stakeholder engagement. The role works closely with engineering, manufacturing and finance teams to ensure eligible activities and supporting data and documentation are captured and maintained. The role also includes management and implementation of headcount systems to meet BMP and operational efficiencies.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• 0- 2 years relevant work experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
