Job summary

Irish Distillers is seeking a high-energy Communications professional to lead external and internal communications, manage social media and press inquiries, and support leadership in media engagements. The role requires a strong track record in FMCG corporate communications and agency collaboration, with hybrid working in Dublin.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in communications, a degree in a related field, and a creative, data-driven approach to storytelling across channels.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Communications or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in FMCG corporate communications.
• Experience in agency management and strategic communications.
• Track record of integrated communications planning or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external communications strategy.
• Manage social media and press office.
• Support media training for spokespeople.
• Collaborate with internal communications on channels.
• Oversee corporate image assets and AV repository.
• Monitor engagement and prepare briefs/reports.
