Coverys in Dublin is seeking a senior ERM leader to embed Enterprise Risk Management into strategic decisions. You will own the ORSA reporting, SFCR oversight, and capital calculations in line with Solvency II and Irish regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with the Executive Management Team to articulate risk appetite, identify emerging risks, and strengthen the framework across the business and the UK unit, ensuring robust governance and capital adequacy.

Qualifications

• ERM qualification and deep Solvency II knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience at senior level.
• Ability to balance risk and reward to drive growth while safeguarding capital.
• Extensive experience in insurance or reinsurance.
• Strong communication with Board-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Understand board risk appetite and align strategy with business goals.
• Identify, assess and manage risks across the organisation and UK unit.
• Monitor emerging risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
• Validate the appropriateness of capital calculation approaches and processes.
• Develop and enhance the ERM framework, including risk identification and quantification.
• Own annual ORSA and communicate SFCR findings and results.
