Job summary

Gilead Sciences Ireland UC in Cork is seeking a Senior Manager, Alliance and Collaborations Accounting to lead end-to-end accounting for partnership arrangements. You will drive the accuracy of regional and consolidated financials and support cross-functional business partners across Alliance Management, FP&A, Legal and more.

The role requires strong U.S. GAAP/SOX expertise, Big 4 training, and experience in a multinational biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Big 4 trained ACA or equivalent with accounting background.
• Experience in a multinational organization.
• Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end alliance and collaboration accounting and reporting.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close and reconciliations.
• Prepare external filings and management reporting schedules.
• Coordinate audits and balance sheet reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Alliance Management and FP&A.
