Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking an Accounting Advisory Senior Associate or Manager to lead client accounting engagements, manage teams, and contribute to the growth of the advisory practice. You will develop services, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships across a range of accounting matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountants with ACA/ACCA or international equivalent and 1+ year PQE.
• Strong accounting knowledge, preferably from Big4/Top 10.
• Proven project management skills with team leadership and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting-related engagements and lead teams, sometimes integrating into larger multi-disciplinary groups.
• Support management of the accounting advisory practice and help develop new services for clients.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and deliver training to the team.
