Job summary

Nourish is seeking a store leader to run a busy Dunnes Stores concession in Dublin. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, stock control and customer experience, while guiding a small team and ensuring high standards of service.

The role is full‑time (40 hours/week, mainly Monday–Friday) with occasional weekend and late shifts to support trading patterns and employee development. Office access at Wicklow Street for admin duties is available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory/retail management experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead a compact, high‑quality store with focus on food and chilled products.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, stock and customer experience.
• Coach team across trading rhythms and weekends/late shifts as needed.
