Store Team Leader
Perform Recruitment is currently seeking a Store Team Leader on behalf of our client -an established and growing retail and warehouse operation with a strong reputation for reliability and service. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role where your input will help drive daily performance and team success.

As Store Team Leader, you will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure operations run smoothly. This role suits someone who enjoys being involved on the floor, solving problems, and keeping things organised while supporting and guiding others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately manage stock movements and data entry using warehouse systems

  • Maintain a clean, well-organised, and compliant warehouse/store environment

  • Support the Warehouse Manager in all daily tasks, including team coordination

  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are processed efficiently and correctly

  • Assist in preparing orders, restocking shelves, and responding to internal requests

  • Help implement and maintain company processes and safety standards

  • Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

What Were Looking For
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Good verbal and written communication abilities

  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in a similar supervisory or warehouse role is preferred but not essential

  • Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate

  • Familiarity with inventory systems or previous stock control experience is a bonus
