Blue Forge Recruitment is partnering with a leading Retail Convenience Forecourt Group to recruit a Store Manager for a busy Dublin North/West store. You will lead a team of up to 25, drive profitability, and deliver strong customer service in a high-volume environment.

The role requires 5-6 years of store management experience, solid P&L and budgeting skills, and a track record of improving margins and sales. A dynamic, hands-on leader will thrive in this fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• 5-6 years of store management experience in large retail or DIY environments.
• Experience managing a store-level P&L, budgets and operating costs.
• Strong understanding of gross profit, margins and pricing strategy.
• Proven track record in increasing sales, improving category performance and profitability.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, labour planning and variance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of store profitability, driving sales growth and cost control.
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales budgets and improve performance.
• Monitor margins, promotions, pricing, markdowns and supplier terms to protect profitability.
• Ensure space utilisation, planogram compliance and effective merchandising.
• Lead and develop a commercially focused management team with clear targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, product availability and safety compliance.
