Crown Paints in Newcastle West is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations. You will drive sales, manage a small team, and own stock forecasting while ensuring outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role is permanent, full-time (39 hours per week) with the responsibility to maintain stock, achieve targets, and foster a welcoming customer experience. You will shape the store’s performance and community presence through proactive leadership.

• Able to forecast stock and manage inventory to meet demand.
