Skechers is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Opera Lane store in Cork. You will lead the team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service, while upholding brand standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail or store environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Train staff and implement cross-training to enhance productivity.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to inform strategy.
• Utilize data to analyze sales trends and plan for the future.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and legal standards.
• Manage staffing budgets and rotas for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with HR on grievances and disciplinary matters.
