This full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) leads a diverse team to drive turnover, manage KPIs, customer service, merchandising and compliance. You'll recruit and develop staff, maintain strong local relationships, oversee stock, cash handling, and store safety while supporting community fundraising and brand promotion.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed ongoing retail store sales targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards align with weekly promos.
• Recruitment and development of staff and volunteers.
• Ensure adequate staffing cover for trading periods.
• Maintain store cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Manage donated goods presentation, pricing, and stock rotation.
• Oversee store accounting procedures including banking and cash handling.
• Take responsibility for inventory and security of equipment.
• Lead support for community fundraising events.
• Promote Vision Ireland brand locally and maintain brand communications.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and staff training.
