Domino’s Ireland is seeking a Store Manager - Deputy Manager to lead a busy store, drive sales, and deliver the highest level of service to customers.

You will coach and develop a high‑performing team, oversee daily operations, stock control, safety and quality compliance, and implement local marketing initiatives.

This role requires flexibility with evenings and weekends, a proactive approach to guest experience, and a commitment to a friendly, safe workplace.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in management in food/retail/QSR environments.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer service.

The Role:

As a Store Manager - Deputy Manager, you’ll lead your Domino’s store to success - overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. You’ll inspire, develop, and motivate your team, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

About You:

• Proven experience in management, minimum of 3 years,ideally in food, retail, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environments
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Results-driven, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Right to work in the UK/Ireland

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges), and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
