Job summary

Domino’s is hiring an Instore Team Member to be at the heart of our store, crafting pizzas and ensuring every customer leaves happy. You’ll join a friendly, fast-paced team and learn new skills while supporting all aspects of store operations.

We offer training, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities for progression. The role involves standing, lifting, occasional outdoor work, and working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and side items to Domino’s high standards
• Serve customers face-to-face and by phone, taking orders and payments
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support with cleaning, restocking and general store duties
• Contribute to local marketing activities (e.g. leaflet drops, events)
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Weekend and evenings availability is a must

The Role:

As an Instore Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store, making delicious pizzas and ensuring every customer leaves happy. You’ll work as part of a friendly, fast-paced team, learning new skills and supporting all aspects of store operations.

• Prepare pizzas and side items to Domino’s high standards
• Serve customers face-to-face and by phone, taking orders and payments
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support with cleaning, restocking and general store duties
• Contribute to local marketing activities (e.g. leaflet drops, events)
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Weekend and evenings availability is a must

About You:

• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
