About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Retail, the successful candidate will:

• Oversee all aspects of the day to day store operations
• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit performance targets
• Manage stock levels, merchandising and visual standards to keep the store looking sharp
• Lead, inspire, and empower a passionate team to deliver standout service and drive store success every single day
