Job summary

Card Factory plc is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team in our Ireland stores. You’ll set vision, coach staff, and drive merchandising, payroll, and customer experience to ensure store success.

You will collaborate with District and Regional Managers to identify opportunities to grow, improve operations, and celebrate wins, while maintaining a customer-first culture across the store network.
