Card Factory is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at the heart of our stores in Ireland. You will guide daily operations, set clear direction, and foster a workplace where colleagues feel supported, valued, and inspired.

With a customer-first mindset, you’ll coach, motivate, and celebrate wins, using data to stay on track and drive growth. You’ll work closely with District and Regional Managers to ensure consistent excellence across locations.
