Our client, a renowned luxury retailer, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead their South Dublin branch.

This role requires a strong background in interiors or homewares, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for styling and detail.

About the Role

In this position, you will manage a small team, oversee the store's visual presentation, and provide exceptional customer service to discerning clientele.

• Manage a dedicated sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive and monitor KPIs, encouraging the team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques.
• Collaborate with the owner to implement store strategies and optimise operations.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation through visual merchandising.
• Manage stock levels and inventory control to maximise product availability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills.

Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a luxury store, preferably in interiors, homeware, or premium brands.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and expertise in showcasing products.
• Genuine interest in home interiors is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and people management abilities.
