Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 + Bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Training: Travel within Europe required for initial training

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced retail store in Cork City. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, have a proven track record in retail management, and be able to drive both sales and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing store team

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards

  • Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective team management and commercial awareness

  • Manage store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and cash handling

  • Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

  • Monitor and analyse store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within a busy retail fast paced environment

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a your team

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines

  • Flexible and willing to travel within Europe for training purposes
