Tesco Ireland on Parnell Street is seeking a Line Manager to lead a department and team, delivering excellent shopping experiences for customers and achieving store KPIs. The role demands strong leadership, coaching, and a commitment to Tesco values.

You will oversee training, standards, and daily operations, and play a key part in seasonal planning, health and safety compliance, and customer service excellence. This is a permanent, on-site role with competitive benefits in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Previous Retail Experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to deliver the best Shopping Trip for customers by ensuring great service, standards and availability
• Deliver all key performance indicators for your departments
• Lead a team, making decisions every day that support them to do their jobs
• Deliver the training plan, ensuring all colleagues receive quality training, are validated to do their job and have an up to date training card
• Ensure that colleagues understand objectives, regular reviews, and PDPs
• Provide regular coaching and feedback across the store, improving the skills of your team
