Tesco Ireland Navan is seeking a Line Manager to lead a department and a team to deliver the best shop for customers. You will coach and develop colleagues, manage service standards, availability and daily operations to drive performance.

You will plan seasonal and promotional activity, deliver KPIs, ensure training compliance, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment while putting customers and teammates first.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team to deliver great service and standards.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to plan and deliver training and development for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to deliver the best shopping trip for customers with great service, standards and availability.
• Deliver all key performance indicators for your departments.
• Plan seasonal, trade driving and promotional activities to achieve maximum sales, impact and presentation.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback across the store to improve team skills.
• Ensure safety, health and legal routines are followed across departments.
