Kohl’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead the entire store team, drive customer experience, and optimize sales and profitability. You will coach and develop associates, manage payroll, ensure merchandising standards, and maintain control of inventory.

This role emphasizes leadership, decision-making, and strong communication to deliver store results. The position requires oversight of operations, adherence to company policies, and ensuring a high-quality store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising 20+ associates with performance management.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience supervising 50+ associates (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and meet store financial plans.
• Manage payroll and scheduling based on store traffic.
• Recruit and hire store personnel at all levels.
• Coach and develop associates and manage performance.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
