Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Dublin is seeking a part-time Store Colleague to deliver an outstanding customer experience every day. You will greet customers confidently, provide product information, and help shoppers feel valued, supported and excited about our range.

On the sales floor you’ll maintain displays, replenish stock, process transactions, and assist with deliveries. You’ll work closely with colleagues to hit team targets, follow health and safety standards, and learn company processes

Key Responsibilities• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.• Maintaining high standards of customer service.• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
