Job summary

Kurt Geiger in Dundrum is seeking an experienced Stock Management professional to maximise sales and profit through effective stock control, branch administration and team leadership. You will oversee stockroom operations, manage daily deliveries, coordinate with the General Manager and ensure accuracy in stock systems while driving service standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Oversee stockroom operations and stock accuracy.
• Lead weekly stockroom walks and security compliance.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays and HR paperwork.
• Deterioration prevention and reporting stock discrepancies.
• Drive service standards across the store.

Responsibilities

• Complete staffing rotas for stock team and manage holidays.
• Authorize holidays, breaks and shift times to meet business objectives.
• Complete HR paperwork for new starters and staff reviews.
• Provide training for new temporary and permanent stock team members.
• Handle customer queries and refunds with other stores as needed.
• Liaise with General Manager on external courier bookings and stock logistics.
• Oversee stock-take and ensure accuracy within KPI targets.
