Job summary

Musgrave Group Plc in Limerick seeks a Compliance Support to ensure stock integrity and assist the compliance manager with SOPs, H&S, QA, and facilities maintenance in branch operations.

Responsibilities include stock counts, QA feedback, training monitoring, and daily SOP execution. The role emphasizes accuracy, reporting, and adherence to standards in a busy retail marketplace setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

• Solid organization and multi-tasking skills.

• Excellent written and communication skills with strong report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Highlight issues to Compliance Manager and General Manager regarding non-compliance of cash handling at checkouts and stock variance.
• Execute systems checks to ensure stock integrity and SOP compliance.
• Conduct stock cycle counts from setup to variance investigation.
• Complete weekly Site Score card, follow up on QA complaints responses, QA withdrawals, product recalls.
• Monitor training completion for all new colleagues on SOPs, H&S, HACCP compliance in branch.
• Document all reports and supporting documents for internal/external stock counts.
• In the absence of the Compliance Manager, perform planned SOP Spot checks and Quarterly audits per the SOP schedule.
• Willingness and ability to work early AM shifts.
