Job summary

Keelings is a 100% Irish-owned family business seeking a Stock Controller for our Dublin site. You will carry out physical stock scans across the site, reconcile issues and investigate stock discrepancies to ensure KBS accuracy.

Maintain the integrity of the stock control system, conduct regular stock audits, and support daily balancing processes. The role requires initiative, attention to detail, and clear communication with the Stock Control Manager and team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out physical stock scan across the site
• Reconcile issues to ensure KBS is accurate
• Responsible for investigating and reporting any stock errors found
• Proactively address problems
• Carry out stock audits
• Ensuring the integrity of the stock control system is maintained to the highest standard
• Carry out any other stock related tasks as and when required to support the team
• Any other duties as and when required.
• Co-ordinate the finalising of stock balancing process each day
• Any issue with scan guns report to Stock Control Manager
• Any stock Count and Stock balancing issues report to Stock Control Manager
• Any other issue with day‑to‑day job report to Stock Control Manager
• If Stock Control Manager is out of office so report to Acting Stock Control Manager
