Job summary

Vantive is a vital organ therapy company focused on extending lives and improving dialysis experiences through digital solutions and services. We are recruiting a Sterilisation Operator to join our team and ensure safe, efficient processing of finished goods in line with SOPs.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, maintain GDP, communicate clearly, and adapt to new systems while delivering accurate data and contributing to quality outcomes for patients and care teams

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary level education required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Capable of handling a wide variety of work.
• Ability to respond to set tasks in a timely manner.
• Able to deliver detailed and accurate data as required in the role.
• Maintain excellent GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
• Professional, helpful and courteous attitude.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and management.
• Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Key role in the operation of our sterilisation process and part of a team responsible for processing all finished goods in an efficient, timely and co-ordinated manner, while fully adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, which will deliver the optimum throughput and results.
• Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of Vantive sterilisation process through the Sterilisation Management System and will be part of a team accountable for processing all finished goods.
• Loading/Unloading Vessels, reviewing cycles and managing aberrations.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Key role in the operation of our sterilisation process and part of a team responsible for processing all finished goods in an efficient, timely and co-ordinated manner, while fully adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, which will deliver the optimum throughput and results
