Synergy-Security in Castlerea, Co Roscommon, is seeking an experienced Static Security Officer to join our expanding team. You will protect life and property, monitor CCTV, manage access control, and deliver reliable customer service across day and night shifts on weekdays and weekends.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with a competitive hourly rate of €16.15. Relevant QQI Level 4 guarding skills and PSA license are required, along with at least six months of industry experience

• Basic Guarding Skills (QQI Level 4) required.
• Private Security Authority License - Static is required.
• Minimum 6 months industry experience.
• Valid work permit / visa (if applicable).
• Basic IT Skills.
