Job summary

Synergy Security Solutions in Ireland is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team in Buncrana, Co Donegal. You will protect life and property, monitor CCTV, manage access control, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

This permanent, full-time role requires at least 6 months industry experience, PSA Static license, QQI Level 4 guarding, and good English (B2). A shift-based roster with weekday and weekend availability is expected, and we offer

• PSA - Private Security Authority License - Static required.
• Minimum 6 months industry experience.
• English communication (Oral & Written) - minimum B2.

Requirements;

• Basic Guarding Skills - QQI Level 4

• Valid work permit / visa (If applicable)
• Basic IT Skills

General Requirements;

• Ability to conduct a shift-based roster schedule
• Availability for both weekdays & weekends shift schedule
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work off own initiative
